At Ovona4wigs, we ensure quality control on all items to be sure our customers receive nothing but best quality wigs

As part of our quality assurance measures , we ensure strict and thorough inspection on all orders before they are shipped out

All sales are final , we do not allow refunds but exchange can be initiated only if a customer receives a wrong item subject to the following terms and conditions

•All items but be returned in the same condition it was received

•Return shipping cost will be paid for by customer

•exchange will be made with items of equal value

• All returns/ exchange must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving your orders

•we suggest using a reliable courier service that can provide tracking number As we’ll not be responsible for lost /misplacement of items

Items returned will be thoroughly inspected and if not in it’s original state , we reserve the right to reject it
